In 2007, Polecat was founded with the vision of using the world's data as leading indicators for company performance. In other words, we've been around longer than the term "big data," which means Polecat has always been at the forefront of utilising social capital to drive innovation and uphold reputation.

An Engineer at heart, James has served as the Senior Officer in the Royal Air Force and was previously the Head of Innovation at Microsoft UK. Anglo-Iranian at core, Yasmin is interested in cross-cultures, geopolitics, hegemonic blocs, and stories that build bridges.
